SONYMA Regular Low Interest Rate

First-time homebuyer program available through New York State. Borrower must have at least 3% down payment of their own funds. Customer receives a reduced interest rate. Recapture applies to all loans. There is both purchase price and income limits. Three years federal income tax tax returns will be required.
